This builds up a nice relationship – not only are you building confidence for others but giving can mean receiving. When you endorse someone, ask for an endorsement back.
  • Post company status updates – We are all very busy, but taking out just a few minutes each day to post a company status update allows you to be in touch with your contacts and be visible on LinkedIn. If you are extremely busy, a good way to get your updates in are writing them out in advance at the beginning of the week and scheduling when they will be posted.
  • Check LinkedIn Analytics – check how many hits your profile is getting and who from. The people who are checking out your profile may be after someone in your industry so it is worthwhile getting in touch with them.
  • Get testimonials and recommendations – The more good testimonials you have the more your reputation is improved, allowing contacts to understand how good your service is.
